Phone System Issues

The Town is currently aware of technical issues affecting incoming calls to municipal facilities for customers on the Bell and Telus networks.  You can also reach us anytime with your concerns and questions using the contact forms in our Town Directory. Thank you for your patience.

Access to Information

At the Town of Okotoks, we believe in being open, accountable and respectful of personal privacy in everything we do. Guided by the principles of the Access to Information Act (ATIA) and the Protection of Privacy Act (POPA), we want you to know your rights:

  1. Access Town records:
You’re welcome to request records that the Town manages or controls, subject to a few exceptions, as outlined in the legislation.

  2. View your personal information:
You can ask to see the personal information we have about you, with the same limited exceptions.

  3. Request corrections:
If you notice something about your personal information that isn’t quite right or is incomplete, just let us know—we’re happy to make corrections.

We’re also committed to keeping confidential and sensitive information safe, so you can trust that your privacy is protected as we work together for our community.
