Recycle more in your blue cart starting October 1

Starting October 1, Alberta's new Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) program expands what can be recycled in Okotoks.

What's Changed?

More materials are now accepted, including plastic bags, overwrap, foam packaging, food & body aerosols, foam containers, flexible plastics, and other packaging materials that were not previously collected through the residential recycling program.

Blue Cart Service Changes

T&T Disposal Services is the first point of contact for blue cart service inquiries, including missed collections, damaged carts, cart exchanges, and collection concerns. They can be reached at 403-938-7930 or recycling@tandtdisposals.ca.
