New pathway extension along the south side of Big Rock Trail by the Ford dealership to join to the existing pathway from Westland Road to Westland Street.

Hours: Monday to Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Impacts
- Traffic delays may be expected, particularly during peak travel times.
- Traffic and pedestrian guides will remain in place 24 hours a day for the duration of the work, as required.
- Digital message boards will be in place.
- There are no anticipated impacts to pedestrians as there is an existing connection along the north side.
What to Expect
- Construction crews, heavy equipment, and construction-related noise during working hours.
- Flaggers in place when required.
- Traffic and pedestrian detours in the area.
- Possible delays through nearby intersections and traffic signals.
- Motorists are asked to slow down, follow all posted signage and traffic-control measures, and use caution when travelling through the construction area.
Why this Work is Happening
This work is required to extend the existing pathway from Tillotson Phase 1 along the south side of Big Rock Trail. This will make a full connection from Southridge Drive to Sheep River Boulevard.
