Infinity Paving Announced as New Naming Sponsor for Okotoks Arena

Team from Infinity Paving, Okotoks Rec Centre and Okotoks Oilers at Infinity Paving Naming Announcement

A new five-year naming rights partnership will see the arena inside the Viking Rentals Centre renamed the Infinity Paving Arena, marking a significant investment in one of Okotoks’ busiest community recreation spaces.

This partnership reflects the Town’s continued commitment to providing high-quality recreation facilities, while fostering strong relationships with local businesses who want to support and invest in our community.

Originally opened in 2006, the Infinity Paving Arena features bowl seating for 1,500 patrons with standing room for an additional 500. The arena hosts a variety of international, national and provincial sporting events throughout the year, and serves as the home ice for the British Columbia Hockey League’s (BCHL) Okotoks Junior A Oilers, as well as the Bow Mark AAA Oilers and the U18 AAA Female Raiders.

“We are excited to partner with Infinity Paving and showcase their name at this important community facility,” said Daniel Robinson, the recreation manager at the Town of Okotoks. “This sponsorship supports the ongoing growth and maintenance of the arena, while strengthening community pride and enhancing the experience for athletes and spectators alike.”

Infinity Paving provides a variety of services to its residential and commercial customers in Okotoks, Calgary and the surrounding area, including asphalt and concrete paving, and pavement maintenance work such as seal coating, crack filling, and line painting.

The company also has a longstanding connection to the local hockey community. Owner Brent Schuldhaus grew up playing in various divisions across Southern Alberta and recalls this as one of his favourite rinks, making this partnership a meaningful way to give back to both the sport and the community.

“The incredible sport of hockey helped shape who I am, and supporting the next generation of athletes, families, and local communities is something I hold close to my heart. To see Infinity Paving’s name on the arena is not just a privilege — it’s a responsibility we take seriously,” said Schuldhaus. “We hope this partnership helps create even more unforgettable moments for local youth and families, and leaves a lasting, positive impact on the community.”
