  Phase 3

  Phase 3 of the project will urbanize the west side of Northridge Drive from Sandstone Gate to D’Arcy Boulevard (click button below to see project location). This project will build the ultimate southbound road cross section of Northridge Drive which includes the construction an additional travel lane, stormwater infrastructure, pathway, additional crosswalk, median and boulevard landscaping. This project will support the current and upcoming phases of development in D’Arcy by providing key active transportation and stormwater infrastructure. Approximate construction timeline (weather permitting): May-June, 2024

  Phase 4 of the project will urbanize the west side of Northridge Drive from D’Arcy Boulevard to D’Arcy Ranch Drive (click button below to see project location). The scope of this project includes construction of a pathway on the west side of Northridge Drive, stormwater infrastructure, removal of the existing layby area, and landscaping in the median and boulevard. This project will support the current and upcoming phases of the D’Arcy subdivision, including the commercial development, by providing key active transportation and stormwater infrastructure. Approximate construction timeline (weather permitting): May-June, 2024

  Spring/Summer 2024
  
  Landscaping and retaining wall work will continue along Northridge Drive (see images below) over the next several weeks, weather permitting. The construction, starting the week of May 13, will be done between non-peak hours (9am-3pm) and is expected to be complete by the end of June. Expect single lane closures heading northbound and traffic delays. Please watch for signage, crews and equipment and use caution in the area. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

• Landscaping information

  Restoration includes hydroseeding of new grass seed on and around your property in addition to any broadcasted grass seed you may have already seen mixed into the loam. Hydroseed is a resilient mixture of mulch and seed; rain will help it establish and grow, but if you would like to water the area, that can aid the grass growth.
