Shared e-Scooter (Pilot) Program: End-of-Season Survey

Thank you for participating in the online survey for the first season of the shared e-scooter pilot program!

What We Heard Report

About the Survey

Town residents and businesses were invited to provide input about their experiences with shared e-scooters for the 2021 end-of-season survey through an online survey that launched December 3 and closed December 17. The 2021 pilot shared e-scooter program began June 1 and ended October 31 with a total of 3,203 riders taking 15,766 trips on the fleet of 75 shared e-scooters from Bird Canada.

Administration and Council want to thank those who took the opportunity to complete the e-scooter 2021 survey. Community involvement is a priority for the Town of Okotoks and survey responses will help the new Council make a decision on a possible 2022 e-scooter program.
