  • Did you know that most native bee species in Okotoks are solitary and nest in the ground rather than in a hive with a queen? There are over 300 native bee species in Alberta! Join us on Sunday, July 14 at 2 p.m. outside of the Environmental Education Centre for an interactive walk along the Sheep River to learn more about pollinators and their local habitat from a pollinator professor from Mount Royal University!

This is a free in-person event but registration is required to reserve your spot.
