  • Join us at this week's Nature Friday to learn about your carbon footprint, what contributes to it and how you can minimize its impact! Take a deep breath, because this day will be jam packed with fun activities such as colouring pages and crafts followed by discussions about we contribute to our own carbon footprints and ways we can reduce it! Later in the afternoon, we will embark on a clean air walk and take part in scavenger hunt to seek out items that are beneficial to air quality like bikes and trees, as well as things that reduce our air quality, such as moving vehicles.

    All DayCraft: Earth-themed pages
10:00 a.m.Craft: Create your carbon footprint! We will start by tracing and then decorating our foot or shoe print and then discussing our own carbon footprint and how we can minimize its impact.
1:00 p.m.Clean Air Walk: Join us for a walk along the river as we take part in an "air quality" scavenger hunt!
