Join us at this week's Nature Friday event to learn some camping best practices and how to minimize your environmental footprint while out in the wilderness! We will discuss the imporance of being mindful of your surroundings while enjoying the great outdoors – this helps us remain safe and respect the natural environment we’re visiting! In addition to camping-themed colouring pages and crafts, we will also learn how to set up a tent, discuss campfire safety, go over food storage and animal awareness and water safety!

2:30 p.m. | Watch & Wonder: Tune in to educational videos and "visit a campsite" to learn more about camping tips and tricks! |
Please note: parents must stay with their children while they are in the education centre.
Hours: Nature Fridays take place every Friday at the Environmental Education Centre from 10 AM to 4 PM. There will be a staff member will be on hand running activities, and will be available to chat with the public and answer questions.
