Extra bags of grass and leaves will no longer be picked up

The Town of Okotoks is adjusting its waste collection process as part of continuing efforts to follow Alberta Health Services (AHS) recommendations during the COVID-19 pandemic, and to ensure the safety of all staff. Therefore, extra bags of grass and leaves left outside of the cart will no longer will be picked up. If your green cart is full, here are some options: Store your extra bags of grass and leaves on your property until your next collection day; bring extra bags of grass and leaves to the Eco Centre; and/or upsize your cart.
