Any person who deems to be affected by the following may appeal the decision to the Okotoks Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (SDAB) by filing an appeal with reasons by 4:00 p.m. the day PRIOR to the Validation Date. The submission may be included in the public meeting agendas of the Municipal Planning Commission, the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, and the Okotoks Town Council and as such the personal information included in the submission will be publicly available, in accordance with Section 40(1) of the FOIP Act.
