The Foothills School Division and Christ the Redeemer School Division are committed to contributing to the community by providing their facilities to user groups at times outside of school-based activities. The Town of Okotoks plays an important role in ensuring that these publicly funded facilities are accessible to community user groups; Client Services operates a common booking agency through which groups can access available facilities.
The intent of the Reciprocal Use of Indoor Facilities Agreement is to maintain consistency between the two School Divisions for groups accessing school facilities, maximize access and minimize disruptions to activities through last minute cancellations. In addition to providing access to gymnasiums, the school divisions release classrooms, and computer rooms.
If your group is interested in accessing school facilities please call Client Services. Please note, requests are processed on a first come basis, priority is given to non-profit youth groups.
