The Town is excited to partner with & support Economic Developers Alberta and Ag for Life for a unique video contest for Alberta high school students! Grades 9-12 social studies students are invited to take part in the "Why I Love Alberta Youth Challenge" (YI#LoveAlberta)! This is a platform for students to express their creativity & tell the world why Alberta is the BEST place to study, work & live!
The challenge kicks off February 1; all videos must be submitted by April 30.
Winners will be revealed during Economic Development Week (May 6-10). The top three submissions win cash prizes: $1,000, $500 & $250. Plus, each winning student's classroom gets a matching prize!
