COUNCIL MEETING CHANGES:
Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), and in accordance with Council Procedure Bylaw 42-17, Okotoks Town Council and Administration would like to advise that Council will be meeting through electronic means becuase the Council Chamber is currently closed to the public. Council meeting times are as follows; in-camera begins at 2:00 p.m. and the regular portion of the meeting to which public members are invited to watch via live-stream, begins at 3:00 p.m. unless otherwise indicated. Public hearings remain unchanged and begin at 7:00 p.m.
Regular Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Mondays of each month in the Council Chamber at the Municipal Centre (5 Elizabeth Street). If the Monday is a statutory holiday, the meeting is usually held on the following Tuesday. Only one meeting per month is held in July, August and December. Any changes to the regular schedule, or notification of special Council meetings, are posted.

Until further notice, please submit public hearing and delegation request submissions electronically at the button below. Please indicate in the subject line if the submission is for a public hearing or public delegation. In order for an item to be included in the Council agenda package, the submission must be received a minimum of five days before the Council meeting date.
Council agenda packages are posted to the website on the Thursday evening prior to the regular meeting.
