Join local instructor Vivienne Nicol for a 60-minute, free, online 55+ Line Dancing Class. Experience the joy of motion through slow and gentle musical rhythms. Basic exercises and stretches set to music, develop the balance, posture, strength, and breath control necessary for dancing and many other everyday activities.
You can remain seated during these sessions, use a walker, or simply stand move through the easy to follow Line Dance routines. Join in and have a little fun!
