Okotoks -Our Place in History

The Okotoks Museum and Archives is celebrating Canada's 150th birthday all year long. Throughout 2017, the museum will feature a series of exhibits that reflect our community's history since confederation. These exhibits will celebrate the common Canadian threads that tie us together as well as highlight the unique qualities that set us apart. 

The first series of exhibits includes:

-Trails, Rails & Settlers' Tales

-Open For Business -From the Ground Up

-Sense of Community -'I Do' Belong: Churches, Clubs and Wedded Bliss

-Essential Services -Policing the West

-War Efforts -Okotoks and World War I

-Okotoks Loves a Party
