The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
Removal of Existing Safety Surfacing and Playground Equipment - Removal and offsite disposal of all existing safety surfacing, removal and offsite disposal of existing playground equipment, except for existing swing bay equipment.
Installation of New Playground Equipment and Surfacing - Purchase and installation of new playground equipment and poured in place safety surfacing.

The Town of Okotoks, Open Spaces, is accepting tenders for the following contract: Okotoks Cemetery Expansion Phase II Site Works Contract (contract No.: 06063-10-PH II). The scope of work includes, but not limited to, project start up, survey/Layout, start up/demolition, earthworks, asphalt roadways, paving, concrete works, site improvements, planting bed prep, plant materials and seeding.

RFP for External Electronic Message Display Board - Okotoks Recreation Centre
The Town of Okotoks is seeking proposals to complete a review of the feasibility for a potential expansion and upgrade of the Town's existing Operations Centre to meet the Town of Okotoks operating department's needs to a build-out population of 30,000.
Vendors are requested to examine the site, review all relevant documentation of the current site's limitations, determine the Town's future needs to a build out population of 30,000, and provide sound recommendations in a final report about the Town's current and future Operations Department's needs. This includes manpower placement, equipment storing & servicing and Public Works Yard storage of materials
As part two of this project, a detailed pre-design of the upgrades and expansion to the existing facilities to accommodate the Town's Operation's Business Centres will be completed with preliminary budget cost estimates for the works to be completed. Interested firms are requested to submit their proposals to the Town of Okotoks Operations Centre located at 1112 North Railway Street, before 12:00 noon on Thursday, May 20th, 2010. The Town of Okotoks is seeking the services of an Engineering firm to provide an in-depth energy analysis of certain facilities throughout the town. These facilities include the Operations Centre, Foothills Centennial Centre, Okotoks Centennial Arena and the Okotoks Public Library. The purpose of this analysis is to determine what energy conservation initiatives can be introduced in these facilities to reduce energy consumption. The successful firm will be required to investigate all aspects of the facility including, but not limiting to, the electrical systems, water systems, and building envelope.
